RETURN POLICY

IntekOtto Return Policy


NOT SATISFIED? NO WORRIES! We accept returns! *

We stand behind each product and want you to be happy with your purchase. If it isn't quite right or not what you were expecting, let us know. Maybe you changed your mind. No need to worry, we take returns within 30 days. 


USA RETURN POLICY

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date and must have a return approval to be processed for refund. Please email info@intekotto.com to obtain this approval. 


All returned items will be inspected and must be in new-condition, with no signs of use/installation, unmodified and in a condition to resell. All returned items that do not meet this criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or prorated refund amount.


All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs will NOT be included in the refunded amount. 


*Refunds will only be processed once the original item(s) are returned back to us and are inspected. 


If you received an item that is damaged, please immediately email info@intekotto.com and include pictures of the damage AND the shipping box so we can assess the damages and warrant a replacement or refund. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the item(s).


We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged exchanges, via email. This shipping label must be used, or all other shipping charges incurred without use of this label are the responsibility of the customer. 


*Exchanged items will not be sent out until we receive the original items. 



INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:

International (non-USA) orders do not receive free return shipping unless received damaged. Please email info@intekotto.com for assistance.
